Delivery & Returns

UK

Shipping is currently included for deliveries to the UK mainland. For Scottish and Channel Islands a delivery charge will be applicable. Deliveries are sent via UPS and will require a signature. Should no one be available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, UPS will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery, or they will leave them at your nearest designated collection point.

If your item doesn’t arrive when expected, please get in touch via the contact form and I will investigate.


Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped beyond the shores of the UK may be subject to duties and tax, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during the checkout process and are not collected by Stuart Rodgers. You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and tax. Stuart Rodgers is not liable for any import or custom duties that may occur in the process of shipping internationally.

Worldwide delivery times will vary. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If your item doesn’t arrive when expected, please get in touch and we will investigate.


Returns

All Stuart Rodgers wallpaper products are made to order and as such are commissioned, non-refundable and can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged, either for replacement or a credit note valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

For this reason alone, we strongly advise you to order a sample in advance of placing an order.
